Late Proposal Approval / Reduced F&A or F&A Waiver Request Form

Effective October 31, 2026, InfoReady will no longer be used to submit late proposal waiver requests or F&A waiver requests. Going forward, please send all waiver requests directly to awards@southalabama.edu. To keep requests moving quickly, please copy your Department Chair and your Associate Dean for Research (ADR) or Dean on the email. Questions?
